I’m a PhD researcher in Civil Engineering and the Built Environment at Liverpool John Moores University, funded by the Faculty of Engineering and Technology. My doctoral work focuses on developing a transparent and replicable Multi-Criteria Valuation Model (MCVM) for assessing the long-term value of future housing in the UK. This model integrates sustainability and ESG performance, resilience, adaptability, and financial risk, aiming to support housing investment and planning decisions aligned with Net Zero 2050 and broader UK policy goals.
I hold a Distinction in MSc Real Estate and a First-Class BSc in Events, Tourism and Hospitality Management, with prior research published in both academic and professional contexts. My career spans residential property operations, business development, and digital transformation across UK and Sri Lankan markets. Alongside my research, I bring experience in stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and teaching support, all grounded in a strong commitment to bridging evidence-based research with real-world housing outcomes.
This website shares my research journey, tools, and outputs for academic, policy, and professional audiences working toward sustainable and future-ready housing.
